What we offer
Comprehensive Clinical Assessment
Performed by a fully qualified and registered Physiotherapist, this is an essential part of starting your Clinical Pilates journey. Your Physiotherapist will determine your current capability and design a Pilates program unique to you. This assessment is eligible for private health rebates under code 500.
One on One Clinical Pilates
We offer one-on-one Clinical Pilates sessions to enable you to feel comfortable with the equipment and to have privacy while you are working through your recovery. Your physiotherapist will coach you through a 45-minute clinical Pilates training session and guide your exercises in accordance with your recovery progress. This service is eligible for a health fund rebate under code 505.
Group Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates group sessions are capped at 6 participants, ensuring you have dedicated input from your Physiotherapist during your session. You can work on your individualised program and variations as set by your physiotherapist and seek guidance as you move through your program to ensure your injury recovers well. These sessions are eligible for health fund rebates under code 560.
